Our methods include Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), which finds flaws at or near the surface of ferromagnetic metals; Liquid Dye Penetrant Testing (PT), which finds flaws open to the surface; and Ultrasonic Testing (UT), which finds flaws inside the metal. None of them damages the part being inspected.
NDT Services
Magnetic Particle Testing (MT): Detects surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials. We can identify cracks, weld defects, and other imperfections in metal components by applying magnetic fields and iron particles.
Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT): Detects surface-breaking defects in non-porous materials. By applying a liquid dye and developer, we reveal cracks, seams, and other discontinuities that could compromise the integrity of your equipment.
Ultrasonic Testing (UT): Detects internal flaws and assesses material thickness using high-frequency sound waves. TUT is widely used on welds, castings, and other components where the condition inside the metal matters as much as the surface.
