Van Beest is a European manufacturer highly regarded for producing top quality products, and their G-4161 Screw Pin Anchor Shackles are no exception. These shackles meet US industry standards as well as the performance requirements for Federal Specification RR-C-271 Type IVA Class 2, Grade A.
Screw pin shackles are recommended for non-permanent securement and are optimal for quick or repeated connections and disconnections. Anchor shackles and bow shackles are commonly used interchangeably as they both have a large, rounded shape. Bow shackles generally have larger and more defined bow areas than an anchor shackle.
