1. Synthetic Lifting Slings (Soft Rigging)

We manufacture a comprehensive range of synthetic slings known for their lightweight versatility and surface protection.

  • HHERS Endless Round Slings : Our signature line of Polyester Round Slings. These feature a load-bearing core protected by a seamless double-wall jacket. Color-coded by capacity (Purple to Green/Black), they range from 2,600 lbs to 100,000 lbs WLL.
  • Web Slings : Durable flat nylon and polyester web slings, available in Eye & Eye or Endless configurations, perfect for general construction and choke hitches.
  • Tree Saver Straps : Wide, heavy-duty straps designed to protect trees during winching or recovery operations.

2.Alloy Chain Slings

Built for durability, abrasion resistance, and high-temperature environments.

  • Grade 100 & 120 : We fabricate custom chain assemblies using premium Grade 100 and Grade 120 alloy components.
  • Custom Configurations : From simple Single-Leg adjustables to heavy-duty Quad-Leg bridles, we cut, assemble, and proof-test chain slings to your exact length and hook specifications.

  • Slings :We produce single-leg, multi-leg, and braided wire rope slings using EIP (Extra Improved Plow Steel) and EEIP wire.

  • Storm Surge Slings : Revolutionary adjustable rope slings for the utility and arborist sectors. Their splice-adjustable design allows for infinite length adjustments without heavy hardware.
  • Soft Shackles : Lightweight synthetic connectors that replace heavy steel shackles in towing and recovery, reducing weight and increasing safety.
