The Cromox Product Ecosystem
Cromox chains are electropolished for a smooth, cleanable finish.
- Lifting Chain (CK Series) : The standard for overhead lifting. Tested and certified for slings.
- Pump Chain (CDK Series) : Specialized chains designed for lowering and retrieving submersible pumps in water treatment facilities. These often feature wider links to accommodate shackles at specific intervals.

2. Master Links & Slings
We construct complete stainless chain slings using Cromox components.

- Connecting Links (CGS) : Clevis-style shackles and couplers that allow for modular assembly without welding.
3. Hooks & End Fittings

Why Grade 60 Stainless?
Many "hardware store" stainless chains are Grade 30 or 50, which are soft and unsuitable for overhead lifting. Cromox Grade 60 is different:
- Strength : It offers a significantly higher Working Load Limit (WLL) than standard stainless.
- Durability : The material is heat-treated to resist hydrogen embrittlement and stress corrosion cracking.
