Product Configurations
1. Telescoping Booms (TB & TBP) Turn your forklift into a crane with adjustable reach.
- Standard Telescoping (TB) : Features a boom that extends in increments, allowing the operator to reach deep into machinery or over obstacles. Secured to the mast with a safety chain.
- Pivot Booms (TBP) : These advanced booms not only telescope but also pivot vertically (up to 45 degrees). This vertical rise is essential for gaining additional lift height or clearing tall obstructions without raising the forklift mast to its limit.
- Capacity : We stock booms with capacities from 3,000 lbs to 8,000 lbs.
2. Fork Truck Hook Beams (FHBS - Single Hook) Designed to span across both forks to provide a centered, stable lifting point.
- Stability : By distributing the load across both forks, the FHBS prevents the twisting forces that occur when lifting with just one fork.
- Swivel Hook : Includes a swivel hook with a safety latch for secure rigging connection.
- Capacity : Heavy-duty options available up to 15 Tons.
3. Double Hook Beams (FHBD) Similar to the single hook beam, but equipped with two swivel hooks.
- Application : Ideal for lifting long or wide loads (like pipe bundles or spreader beams) where two pick points are required to prevent the load from spinning.
4. Single Fork Hooks (FHS) A compact, cost-effective solution for lighter lifts.
- Design : Slides onto a single fork and tightens securely.
- Utility : Perfect for quick maintenance tasks, such as pulling engines or lifting small components where a full beam is unnecessary.

- Positive Attachment : Peerless accessories feature restraining chains or screw-clamps that secure the device to the forklift mast or tines. This prevents the attachment from sliding off the forks during braking or tilting, a common cause of accidents.
- Load Control : Provides a rated, fixed lifting point (Swivel Hook) that allows the load to rotate without twisting the rigging.
Technical Alert: Capacity Derating
Critical Safety Note : Adding an attachment to a forklift moves the load center forward (away from the mast). This effectively reduces the lifting capacity of the forklift.
- Lost Load Center : Operators must account for the weight of the attachment and the extended load center when calculating the safe working load.
- Compliance : Always refer to your forklift manufacturer's data plate and the attachment's load chart before lifting.

- Standard : Engineered to ASME B30.20 (Below-the-Hook Lifting Devices) and ASME BTH-1.
- Proof Test : Individually proof tested to 125% of the Working Load Limit (WLL) with certification included.
- Identification : Features a permanent metal nameplate with WLL, Weight, and Serial Number.
