Gunnebo Industries Trigger Kits
Gunnebo Industries trigger kits are OEM replacement trigger mechanisms for Gunnebo self-locking hooks. When the trigger shows wear or fails to return the latch to the fully closed position, it must be replaced before the hook is returned to service. A hook with a non-functioning trigger creates an uncontrolled load drop hazard.
When to Replace
- Latch does not return fully to the closed position after being manually opened
- Trigger requires excessive or unusual force to operate
- Trigger mechanism shows visible wear, cracking, or deformation
- Hook has been involved in a shock load or impact event

Gunnebo trigger kits are hook-model-specific. The trigger geometry and spring rate is different for each hook model and WLL range. Always specify the Gunnebo hook model number and WLL when ordering.
