Holloway Houston distributes Gunnebo's subsea/ROV shackle line, designed for remote pin operation on underwater rigging jobs rather than hand tightening at the surface. Corrosion-resistant materials and subsea certification are part of the line as well.
Gunnebo's ROV shackles use a manipulator-arm-friendly pin design specific to their product line; exact operation is documented in Gunnebo's own product literature, available through Holloway Houston.
Working load limit on the Gunnebo ROV shackle varies by size and pin style, so it's stamped on the shackle body and shown on the tag or certificate rather than as one figure for the category. The rated capacity of the smallest-rated part in the assembled connection is what applies to the whole rig.
Manufacturer datasheets, material certificates, and subsea service documentation for Gunnebo products are available through Holloway Houston at the point of sale, since Holloway Houston distributes rather than manufactures this line.
